All tickets come with a bed for Friday Night and Saturday Night. Attendees will have access to kitchens, bathrooms, and showers. We cannot guarantee all Community Tickets can be accepted, and will prioritize Indigenous and disabled attendees.

Site Rules: Blue Springs Scout Reserve

No Peanuts; Restrictions on Pork Products

Peanuts and peanut products are strictly prohibited. All pork products must be precooked; onsite cooking of pork is not allowed.

Scent-Sensitive Site

Strong, artificial, and synthetic scents, including perfumes and essential oils, are not permitted. Any scents must be mild, and staff may request their removal if necessary. Incense burning is only allowed outdoors.

Fires and Firewood

Fires are allowed only in designated firepits or approved flame containers, such as portable camp stoves or firepits. A responsible individual must monitor the fire at all times, even if it means stepping out of play. A bucket of water, fire extinguisher, or similar extinguishing tool must be nearby and easily accessible.

Per Ontario's firewood guidelines, moving firewood is tightly regulated due to invasive forest pests like emerald ash borer, spongy moth, and Dutch elm disease. Firewood must be heat-treated and purchased within 80 km of the site. It may not be transported offsite.

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are permitted only outdoors, away from buildings, preferably in the parking lot or near a firepit. Dispose of cigarette butts in a garbage bin or take them offsite.

Drugs and Alcohol

Alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted onsite or on surrounding properties. If medication affects your judgment, you must remove yourself from mock combat or gameplay entirely.

Take Nothing But Memories, Leave Nothing But Footprints

Digging holes, cutting trees or brush, altering buildings, hunting, and littering are strictly prohibited. If you encounter an issue onsite—such as invasive species or a fallen tree blocking a path—notify a staff member.
